Born from Passion, Crafted in Vancouver

The name says it all: Pazzo means 'crazy' in Italian, and Loco means 'crazy' in Spanish. We chose this because our concept is fueled by a shared, vibrant madness—a fusion of Italian craft and Mexican heart that is as bold as it is innovative.

Pazzo Loco is the result of a bold culinary dream. After six years working in some of Vancouver’s Italian restaurants, our founder, Efrain, realized that the soul of Italy and the fire of Mexico belonged together.

In partnership with Manuel and Karen, whose expertise in finance and business turned this vision into a reality, we’ve created a fusion that celebrates innovation and flavor. We don’t just serve food; we serve a piece of our heritage, reimagined for this city.
